ACI Southern California grieves for the passing of a friend and colleague, Reid E. Briley. During many weeknights and Saturdays, Reid worked to certify industry professionals by acting as proctor and guide for several ACI certification programs. If you had a question about a test method or procedure, he was the one to turn to. Reid had an eye for detail, he did not take things at face value, but instead took the time to think them through and make them his own.

Reid was a committed father and husband; he leaves behind his wife Kristen and 4 children with one on the way.  We send our deepest condolences to the Briley family; our organization and the construction industry will not be the same without him.
