The Southern California Chapter of ACI would like to announce the availability for the Aggregate Testing Technician Level II Certification. To become a Certified Aggregate Testing Technician Level II the candidate must possess a current Aggregate Testing Technician Level I certification, receive a passing grade on the ACI written examination, and successful completion of the ACI performance examination of the following AASHTO and/or ASTM Standards:

In regards to requests for accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, it is not the Sponsoring Group’s responsibility to judge whether or not the individual could do the job if certification is granted. The Sponsoring Group’s only concern is whether or not the individual’s request for accommodation can be provided for and is reasonable. Under the act, the individual making the request must provide written documentation from a doctor or other healthcare provider. The individual must also provide a reasonable amount of lead time to fulfill the special request.

Please note this is not a training class and there is no examination at the Program Procedure meeting. Attendance to the Program Procedure meeting is MANDATORY, as study material will be handed out at this meeting. Please sign up for ONE Program Procedure meeting (April, July, or October). The performance examinations will be held at each applicant’s respective laboratory and, or lab of ACI’s choice and a schedule of all examinations (written and performance) will be determined during the Program Procedure meeting. Application and fees must be received at least 14 days prior to the Program meeting and pre-registration is mandatory.
