    In an era of fast changing technology, will Precast/Prefabrication systems be the main direction of the construction industry? This presentation will discuss the major benefits that can be gained from precast systems for the environment, the high structural and architectural performance that precast offers, and the reduced manpower and material requirements, the shorter project on-site schedule that is achieved, and more. Join us for this SEAOSC and ACI joint dinner meeting where you will learn about the primary aspects of precast concrete that lead to high structural performance and the successful application of precast systems for example projects.



    John Zhenghao Wang, Ph. D, PE
    Senior VP of Engineering, Midstate Precast

    Mr. Wang received his Ph. D from Purdue University of US, specialized in Construction Management and Construction Materials. His Master degree was awarded by TongJi University in Shanghai specialized in High-rise Structures. Mr. Wang got his bachelor degree in civil engineering from South-East University in Nanjing of China. He has been working in the Academic and Construction industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining MSP, he held positions as project & company executives for general contractors, project management consultants and real estate developers, and had successfully completed multiple multi-$million and multi-$billion international projects. Mr. Wang joined MSP in 2000, and immediately fell in love with precast. His passion for precast started his journey to implement precast systems on over 100 projects throughout California, as well as the project in Eugene of Oregon. Many of the projects have received both PCI and ACI awards. His responsibilities at MSP include marketing, business development, estimating and sales, pre-construction engineering & design, project management, total quality control & assurance, and assist production to pursue operational excellence.
